Green Summer Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to incorporate your fruits and vegetables each day and to get a little creative in the kitchen. Before your favourite summer fruits are gone don't forget to freeze some peaches!

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen peach

  • A handful of spinach

  • 1/2 a date 

  • 1/2 avocado 

  • 1/2 tsp of grated ginger

  • 1/2 a cup of cucumber

  • A bundle of cilantro leafs 

  • 1 cup of coconut water

Method:

 

Blend about 60 seconds and pour in a glass!
