Last week I wrote a post on social media about the challenges I’ve been experiencing around getting back to my regular post-pregnancy yoga practice and the mindset shift I had to make to make it work in this phase of my life.
I’ve got a lot of comments and messages on this post + questions about how to find balance between sleep and self-care with a busy life.
I feel very proud of myself for making up this recipe while 'wearing' my 3-months old baby ;) Our days have become full in all the best ways since Maya was born and it's been challenging to find time to cook (something I love doing). But few months in and we've figured out some strategies to get things done while caring for Maya. Has it been perfect? No... But it has been so sweet to simply appreciate those times when I manage to pull off a delicious dinner...
They say that when a baby is born, so is a mother. The transition to motherhood is one of the biggest transitions a woman can go through in life. For some women this transition is already noticeable in pregnancy (or even earlier) and for some later on - when they meet their baby for the first time. Every woman’s experience is different. I started experiencing this transition from the final trimester of my pregnancy, through labor and finally when I welcomed...
This post is a part of blog post series in which I'm answering questions you guys have sent me from now until I head out on maternity leave later this summer.

I love this question! It’s definitely a topic that often comes up with clients who start their intuitive eating journey with me. Whether you are new to intuitive eating or you’re at it for a while now, ‘sharing’ this journ...

I've decided to be more intentional and planned around making sure I'm getting enough iron in my diet (let me know if you're interested knowing more about what I did). These 'falafel' balls are rich in iron as they contain lentils and almonds (both high in iron).
Why I love this recipe...?
It's a super simple quick recipe (just 6 ingredients + seasoning!)
Since I've open the doors to Finally Me couple of days ago I've been getting some great questions about the group coaching experience. While I've answered every email question personally, I thought there is a good chance you might have some of the same questions, too.
So, taking some time today to answer some Finally ME Qs!
What is Finally ME?
Finally ME is an 8-week group journey for the woman who is ready to ‘finally feel like herself’ in all areas of her...
Butternut squash is one of those vegetables that are always on my shopping list! Its long shelf life makes it very convenient to have at home for those days you find yourself with an empty fridge and have no time or your'e too tired to go to the supermarket. As part of my self care I love having my few go-to 'pantry meals' and this soup definitely meets the requirements - quick, easy to make and oh so delicious!
